Authorize the Division of Administration to retroactively amend the grant agreement with the Colebrook Police Department by extending the completion date from September 30, 2026 to August 31, 2028, with no change to the $39,860 price limitation, to allow additional time to conduct eligible anti-terrorism-related overtime and procure eligible equipment under Operation Stonegarden, effective upon G&C approval. The original grant agreement was approved by G&C on April 15, 2026 (Item #85) archived document . 100% Federal Funds.
