Authorize the Division of Administration to amend the existing grant agreement with the Newport Police Department by increasing the price limitation by $60,000, from $150,000 to $210,000, to support the Department’s continued participation in the 2026–2027 Granite Shield – Northern Shield Substance Abuse Enforcement Program targeting narcotics-related drug use and trafficking, effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. The original grant agreement was approved by G&C on October 1, 2025 (Item #60) archived document and amended on December 3, 2025 (Item #68) archived document . 100% Transfer from Other Agency.
