Authorize the Office of Highway Safety to retroactively amend its contract with EVR Advertising (Eisenberg Vital & Ryze, LLC) by increasing the price limitation by $382,200, from $764,400 to $1,146,600, and extending the completion date from September 30, 2026 to September 30, 2027, for the continued delivery of public service highway traffic safety campaigns, effective upon G&C approval.
