Authorize the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Medicaid Services, to enter into a contract with Prime Therapeutics State Government Solutions LLC, Eagan, MN, in the amount of $8,514,145 to operate and maintain a Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) system that supports enhanced prescription drug access for Medicaid beneficiaries served and for the individuals served by the programs. The New Hampshire Medicaid program anticipates strengthened capabilities for rebate claiming, cost management and utilization insights, while ensuring continued federal compliance and efficient service delivery with the option to renew for up to five (5) additional years, effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2030. 65% Federal Funds. 16% General Funds. 19% Other Funds (as defined in RSA 126-AA:3,I and Pharmaceutical Rebates).
