Description
Pursuant to the provision of RSA 14:30-a, VI, authorize the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Medicaid Services to accept and expend federal funds in the amount of $1,694,639 from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to fund the Community Re-Entry Program, effective upon Fiscal Committee and Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2027, and further authorize the funds to be allocated as follows. Grant Funds awarded for periods after State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2027 will be included in future operating budgets. 100% Federal Funds.
