Authorize to enter into a Retroactive, Sole Source amendment to an existing Cooperative Project Agreement (the “Agreement”) with University of New Hampshire (“UNH”), Institute for Health Policy and Practice, Durham, NH, for UNH to continue to provide the Department with technology infrastructure, expertise, technical assistance, and support for certain core Department Medicaid functions and deliverables, by increasing the two-year price limitation by $809,893 (a reduction of $35,897 compared to prior 2-year amendment period) from $9,331,916 to $10,141,809 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2028, effective retroactive to July 1, 2026 upon Governor and Council approval.
