Pursuant to the provision of RSA 14:30-a, VI, authorize the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Medicaid Services to accept and expend additional federal funds in the amount of $352,942 from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to fund the Medicaid to Schools Financing Program, effective upon Fiscal Committee and Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2027, and further authorize the funds to be allocated as follows. 100% Federal Funds.
