1. Pursuant to RSA 14:30-a, VI, authorize the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, to accept and expend federal funds from the United States Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Administration to modernize the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) in the amount of $126,982 effective upon approval by the Fiscal Committee and Governor and Executive Council through June 30, 2027, and further authorize the allocation of these funds in the accounts below. 2. Pursuant to the provisions of RSA 14:30-a, VI, authorize the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health to amend Fiscal Committee Item FIS #24-012 approved on January 19, 2024 and Governor and Executive Council Item #16 approved on January 31, 2024 archived document , and amended by Fiscal Committee Item FIS #25-146 approved on June 20, 2025, and Governor and Executive Council Item #174 approved on June 25, 2025 archived document and Fiscal Committee Item FIS #26-068 approved on April 17, 2026 and Governor and Executive Council Item #67 approved on May 6, 2026 archived document , by transferring funds in the amount of $405,265 between class lines to better align appropriation with the current grant work plan, effective upon approval by the Fiscal Committee and Governor and Executive Council, through June 30, 2027, and further authorize the funds to be allocated as shown below. 100% Federal Funds.
