Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to retroactively amend an existing grant agreement with the Town of Groton by extending the completion date from May 2, 2026 to May 2, 2027, with no change to the $450,000 price limitation, to allow additional time to complete the North Groton Road culvert replacement project, effective upon G&C approval. The original grant agreement was approved by G&C on October 30, 2024 (Item #104) archived document . 100% Federal Funds.
