Authorize the Department of Safety, pursuant to RSA 4:40, to enter into a 15-year Lease of State-Owned Space Agreement with the Lakes Region Mutual Fire Aid Association, Laconia, NH, in an amount not to exceed $614,712.38 for approximately 4,866 square feet at the State-owned 911 facility in Laconia, with options to renew for successive 15-year terms, effective upon G&C approval for the period of November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2041. 100% Rent Revenue.
