Authorize to pursue an easement with the New Hampshire Electric Co-op to provide full-time power to the NHDES owned Sunset Lake Dam located in Alton, NH. The easement will be conveyed without any explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, or other recreational activities, and applicable local and state laws will govern such activities.
