Authorize to pursue an easement with Eversource to provide full-time power to the NHDES owned Suncook Lake Dam located in Barnstead, NH. The easement will be conveyed without any explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, or other recreational activities, and applicable local and state laws will govern such activities.
