Description
Authorize to sell York Dam (dam number D051002) and Canal Dike (dam number D051045) on the Contoocook River in Concord, NH, its easements and dam at the Rolfe Canal Gates (dam number D051043) and easement at Canal Dam (dam number D051003), and its associated flowage and water rights and access easements to Briar Hydro Associates for $725,000 effective upon Governor and Council approval. This dam and associated easements will be conveyed without any explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, or other recreational activities, and applicable local and state laws will govern such activities.
