1. Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell a parcel of State-owned land directly to Greyson B. Merrill and Jennifer L. Merrill, for $60,000, with the Bureau assessing an administrative fee of $1,100. The parcel, consisting of 1.15± acres of unimproved land, is located at 470 Tasker Hill Road in the Town of Madison, County of Carroll. The subject parcel is identified as Tax Map 204, Lot 11. 2. The Bureau further requests authorization to compensate Badger Peabody & Smith Realty from the proceeds of the sale a 6% ($3,600) commission fee, of which 3% ($1,800.00) will be provided to the Buyer’s agent for real estate services, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval. The unimproved land will be conveyed without explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, and other recreational activities, and applicable local and State laws will regulate such activities.
