1. Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell a parcel of State-owned land directly to Ashley M. Jacobs, for $38,000 with the Bureau assessing an administrative fee of $1,100. The parcel, consisting of 0.67 ± acres of unimproved land, is located on the southerly side of B Street in the Town of Conway in the County of Carroll. The Town of Conway Tax Records identify the subject parcel as Tax Map 278 Lot 63 and a portion of Lot 27.1. 2. The Bureau further requests authorization to compensate Pinkham Real Estate from the proceeds of the sale with a 6% commission fee of $2,280, of which 2% ($760) of the commission fee will be provided to the Buyer’s Agent for real estate services, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval. The unimproved land will be conveyed without explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, and other recreational activities, and applicable local and State laws will regulate such activities.
