Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way, to sell 445.60 ± acres of State-owned vacant land situated on the easterly side of the North-South Local Road in the Town of Conway, County of Carroll. The sale will be directly to the Town of Conway, which has agreed to purchase the land at a fair market value of $355,000. The Bureau will assess an administrative fee of $ 1,100 effective upon approval by the Governor and Executive Council. The unimproved land will be conveyed without explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, and other recreational activities, and applicable local and State laws will regulate such activities.
