1. Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell a parcel of State-owned land directly to NJA Acquisition LLC, for $307,500 with the Bureau assessing an administrative fee of $1,100. The parcel, consisting of approximately 0.37 ± acres of improved land, is located on the easterly side of Haines Road in the City of Concord, County of Merrimack. The subject property will include a 2-bedroom, 1-bath, 1936 single-family home with a detached 1-car garage thereon and identified as Tax Map 44, Lot 4. 2. The Bureau further requests authorization to compensate Wolfe Realty Group from the proceeds of the sale with a 5% ($15,375) commission fee, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval. The improved land will be conveyed without explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, and other recreational activities, and applicable local and State laws will regulate such activities.
