Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to award a grant to the City of Manchester, NH, for Airport Improvement Program Project 151 to reconstruct the Runway 24 end Engineering Material Arresting System, Phase II, at the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. State and Federal participation in the amount of $3,435,437 is effective upon Governor and Council approval through July 20, 2030. 94.7% Federal Funds, 5.3% State Funds.
