Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Maintenance to enter into a contract based on a single bid received with Aspen Aerials, Inc, of Duluth, MN in the amount of $56,500.00 for training and certification of employees operating the Department’s Aspen A62 Under Bridge Inspection Vehicle, from the date of Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2029. 100% Federal Funds.
