Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a contract (Contract# 8003799) with Cloutier Sand & Gravel Company, Inc. (VC #157206), Columbia, NH, for equipment rental with operator services with a requested price limitation in amount of up to and not to exceed $1,000,000.00 effective upon approval by the Governor and Executive Council through February 28, 2027.
