Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to amend an existing contract (Contract #8003463) with Martin's Cleaning Services LLC (VC#156478), Littleton, NH, for Janitorial Cleaning Services, by adding one location and increasing the price limitation by $21,450.00 from $108,108.00 to an amount up to and not to exceed $129,558.00, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through June 30, 2027. The original contract (Contract #8003463) was originally approved by the Commissioner of Administrative Services on June 23, 2024.
