Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a contract (Contract# 8003806) with David White dba David White Trucking (VC #151930), Lemington, VT, for equipment rental with operator services with a requested price limitation in an amount up to and not to exceed $200,000.00 effective upon approval by the Governor and Executive Council through February 28, 2027.
