Authorize the Division of Administration to amend the grant agreement with the Lebanon Police Department by increasing the grant amount by $20,000, from $50,000 to $70,000, to support efforts to identify, investigate, and apprehend individuals and organizations involved in narcotics-related drug use and trafficking, effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027.
