(1) Authorize to enter into an agreement with JB Roofing Systems of New England LLC, Henniker, NH in the amount of $54,964 for an overlay of standing seam metal roofing at three of WRBP wastewater system pump stations, effective upon Governor and Council approval through December 31, 2026. (2) Further authorize to establish a contingency amount of $5,496.40 to cover unforeseen costs that may be incurred during the contract period, effective upon Governor and Council approval through December 31, 2026. 100% WRBP Funds.
