Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Professional Learning and Advocacy Consulting and Evaluating, LLC (PLACE, LLC) (VC# 451059) Burke, VA in the amount of $194,400.00 to provide the services as evaluator for the multi-year State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP), as required by the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act (IDEA), the State Personnel Development Grant (SPDG), and the federally required monitoring, implementation and data collection for students with disabilities secondary transition, (Indicator 13) effective upon Governor and Council approval through September 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds.
