Authorize to amend a SOLE SOURCE contract (PO# 1097314) with Northeast States for Coordinated Air Use Management (NESCAUM) of Boston, Massachusetts for services related to the analysis and reporting of economic impacts for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) “Climate Pollution Reduction Grant” program by (1) increasing the contract amount by $70,290 to $325,790 from $255,500, and (2) revising the Scope of Services to include additional tasks, effective upon Governor and Council approval through August 31, 2027.
