Authorize the Department of Safety, Division of State Police, to amend an existing contract with Utility Associates, Inc. (VC #353931-P001), Atlanta, GA, for the continued operation of the Digital Evidence Management System, including the leasing of body-worn and vehicle-mounted cameras and an optional body-worn camera system upgrade, by increasing the price limitation by $2,300,023, from $4,133,036 to $6,433,059, and extending the completion date from June 30, 2027, to June 30, 2029. Effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2029.
