Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to retroactively amend an existing grant agreement with the Town of Northwood by extending the completion date from August 31, 2024 to August 31, 2027, with no change to the $60,000 price limitation, to allow additional time to purchase and install a generator for the community shelter at Northwood School, effective upon G&C approval.
