Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to retroactively amend a grant agreement with the Town of Wentworth by extending the completion date from May 2, 2026 to May 2, 2027, with no change to the $312,398.10 price limitation, to allow additional time to complete the North Dorchester Road culvert replacement and upgrade project, effective upon G&C approval. The original grant agreement was approved by G&C on December 4, 2024 (Item #61A) archived document . No-cost extension. 100% Federal Funds.
