Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to retroactively amend an existing grant agreement with the Town of Franconia by extending the completion date from May 2, 2026 to May 2, 2027, with no change to the $769,734.90 price limitation, to allow additional time to complete the Wells Road culvert replacement and upgrade project, effective upon G&C approval.
