Authorize the Department of Safety, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, pursuant to RSA 14:30-a, VI, to retroactively amend an accept and expend of $268,989 in Homeland Security Grant Program funds by extending the end date from August 31, 2026, to August 31, 2027, to align with the grant period of performance, effective upon Fiscal Committee and G&C approval through August 31, 2027.
