Description
Authorize, pursuant to RSA 14:30-a, VI, the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (DNCR), Division of Parks and Recreation, Community Recreation Bureau to accept and expend $242,444 in federal funds from Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) program for the purpose of supporting the administrative management of the LWCF program within the Community Recreation Bureau, effective upon Fiscal Committee and Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on October 23, 2026.
