Authorize the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department (NHFG) to enter into a Sole Source amendment to an existing contract (Contract #6004270) with Sovereign Sportsman Solutions, LLC, dba Paylt, LLC (VC#230940), Nashville, Tennessee, by increasing the price limitation by $750,000 from $311,305 to $1,061,305 for funding PayIt Digital Government Platform CORE CRM system and migration to the vendor’s online licensing system, with no change to the contract completion date, effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2029.
