Authorize the Bureau of Finance and Contracts to transfer $125,000 between various classes effective upon Fiscal Committee and Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds. This item is contingent upon the approval of the Fiscal Committee at their October 23rd, 2026 meeting.
