Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to retroactively amend an existing grant agreement with the Town of Monroe by extending the completion date from August 31, 2026 to August 31, 2027, with no change to the $3,500 price limitation, to allow additional time to complete the Town’s Local Emergency Operations Plan, effective upon G&C approval.
