Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to retroactively amend a grant agreement with the Town of Rumney by extending the completion date from August 31, 2024 to September 30, 2026, with no change to the $4,000 price limitation, to allow completion of the Town’s Local Emergency Operations Plan update, effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2026.
