Authorize to amend an existing contract with Granite Pathways, Concord, NH, to continue to provide Vocational Training and Employment Support Programs for Individuals with opioid and stimulant use disorders by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $695,893 from $412,788 to $1,108,681 and extending the completion date from September 29, 2026 to September 29, 2027, effective upon Governor and Council approval.
