Authorize to enter into a contract with New Hampshire Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors Association Concord, NH, in the amount of $460,000 to provide competency and skills-based professional development training programs to New Hampshire’s substance misuse Continuum of Care workforce, with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional years, effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2027. 21.74% Federal Funds. 78.26% General Funds.
