Description
Authorize the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, to enter into a contract with Abbott Laboratories Inc., Abbott Park, IL, at no cost to the Department, to receive rebates on select formulas purchased in the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) with rebate revenue of $8,778,621, with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional years, effective October 1, 2026, upon Governor and Council approval through September 30, 2029.
