Authorize to Retroactively amend an American Rescue Plan Act grant (PO#1103046) to Blaylock Holdings, LLC (Blaylock) of Natick, MA by increasing the grant limitation by $260,385 to $3,698,535 from $3,438,150 and extending the grant end date to September 30, 2026 from August 31, 2026, to finance the remediation of the former Mohawk Tannery site in Nashua, NH effective retroactive to September 1, 2026, upon Governor & Council approval through September 30, 2026.
