Authorize to amend an existing Sole Source contract with SymbioSys Solutions, Inc. (SymbioSys), of Concord, NH, for a total amended contract price of $29,466,146.74 representing a net reduction of $8,751,865.26 which includes the addition of $1,791,021.16 in additional support and enhancements as well as a reduction of $10,542,886.42 in federal grant dollars awarded in 2024 for system enhancements and then subsequently withdrawn by the federal government in State Fiscal Year 2026. The Contract is for Maintenance, Support and Changes to the New Hampshire Unemployment Insurance System (NHUIS). The Amended Contract will be effective upon Governor and Council approval through the original term of June 30, 2029.
