Authorize to enter into a Sole Source lease agreement with David and Cindy Hicks of Colebrook, NH, in the amount of $22,200.00, for the lease of approximately 545 square feet of office space located at 118 Main Street, Suite 2A, Colebrook, from the date of Governor and Council approval or October 1, 2026, whichever is later, through September 30, 2028. 100% Federal funds.
