Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell 0.30 ± acres of State-owned land situated on the easterly side of NH Route 103 in the Town of Warner, County of Merrimack. The sale will be directly to the Friends of the Concord-Lake Sunapee Rail Trail, who have agreed to purchase the land at fair market value for $10,000. The Bureau will assess an administrative fee of $1,100, effective upon approval by the Governor and Executive Council.
