Authorize the Department of Transportation to award a grant to the City of Lebanon, NH for AIP 80, to develop a new Pavement Management Plan at the Lebanon Municipal Airport. State and Federal participation in the amount of $167,310 is effective upon Governor and Council approval through July 15, 2030. 97.4% Federal Funds, 2.6% State Funds.
