Authorize the Office of the Commissioner, pursuant to RSA 21-I:29-a, II, to disburse a $100,000 line-of-duty death benefit to the surviving spouse of Sergeant Brian J. Ross of the New Hampshire State Police, following the determination that his death constituted a line-of-duty death, effective upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds.
