Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles, to enter into a Sole Source amendment to an existing contract with IDEMIA Civil Identity NA, LLC, Bedford MA, to extend the maintenance agreement for the Automated Driver Licensing and Testing (ADLT) System for an additional five (5) months, by increasing the contract price limitation by $20,340 from $1,203,325 to $1,223,665, and extending the completion date from August 31, 2026, to January 31, 2027, effective upon Governor and Council approval through January 31, 2027. The original contract was approved by the G&C on June 6, 2018 (item #141) archived document and subsequently amended on November 10, 2021 (item #58) archived document . 100% Other (Agency Class 27) funds: the Agency Class 027 used by the Department of Safety to reimburse DoIT is Funding is 100% Agency Income (Cost of Collections).
