Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to retroactively amend an existing grant agreement with the Town of Tuftonboro by extending the completion date from May 2, 2026 to May 2, 2027, with no change to the price limitation of $131,811.30 for drainage improvements on Curtis Road, effective upon G&C approval. The original grant agreement was approved by G&C on September 25, 2024 (Item #165) archived document . No additional funds are requested. 100% Federal Funds.
