Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, pursuant to RSA 9:16-c, I, to transfer $612,000 in Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG) funds in and among classes within an accounting unit for better use of appropriated federal funds, effective upon Fiscal Committee and G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds.
