Authorize the Division of Emergency Services and Communications to enter into a Sole Source contract with New Hampshire Electric Cooperative, Inc. d/b/a NH Broadband LLC, Plymouth, NH, in the amount of $21,600 to provide an internet circuit. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2029. 100% Agency Income (Enhanced 911 System Fund).
