Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to award a grant to the Town of Warner in the amount of $139,355.25 to replace the existing culvert on Schoodac Road with a reinforced concrete box culvert and wing walls, effective upon G&C approval through July 16, 2027. 100% Federal Funds.
